Who is Stoto? Short Bio

Stoto (Stoyan Stoyanov) was born in 1989 in Haskovo, Bulgaria. His love for music began with a family friend’s old synthesizer. In 8th grade, he started experimenting with music on a Nokia app and later with FL Studio, producing tracks under the alias DJ MC STOTOYAN.

Stoto was a fan of artists like ATB, Tiesto and Deadmau5, so he naturally shifted to trance music. His first significant release, “Lost,” came in 2010 with Echelon Records. After moderate success and many rejections, he found support from Digital Insomnia Records, where he released over 40 tracks.

In 2014, Stoto created his label, Save The Panda Recordings, and adopted the Stoto moniker. His remix of “Chandelier” by Sia went viral, boosting his career.

In 2017, a hard drive failure caused him to lose his album “Lost,” but he re-released it in 2020. That same year, “Still Can’t Sleep” achieved significant success, allowing him to become a full-time musician.

Stoto Musical Style

Stoto’s music style is a blend of various genres. You get elements of melodic deep house, chill-out, progressive house. His tracks come with great melodies, nice synths, some amazing guitars. And always good vibes.
