Who are Alter Bridge? Short Bio
Alter Bridge is a rock band from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2004 after the members’ previous band, Creed, disbanded. The group consists of Myles Kennedy on vocals and guitar, Mark Tremonti on lead guitar, Brian Marshall on bass, and Scott Phillips on drums.
Alter Bridge quickly made a name for themselves after releasing their first album, “One Day Remains,” in 2004. This album did well, reaching No. 5 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and earning a gold certification. Over the years, Alter Bridge continued to release successful albums, including “Blackbird” in 2007, “Fortress” in 2013, “Walk The Sky” in 2019. The latest album was “Pawns & Kings” from 2022.
Their music has been continuously doing great. Both fans and charts seem to never be getting tired of it. Throughout their career, Alter Bridge members have balanced individual projects with band life. For example Myles Kennedy is also a lead vocalist and guitarist in the rock band Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. While Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall and Scott Phillips are all members of Creed.
